LimpioGo Terms of Use

Welcome to LimpioGo. By using the LimpioGo platform, creating an account or continuing to use the service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms of Use, understand them and accept them in full. If the User does not agree with these Terms of Use, they must stop using the Platform. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.
1. Definitions
Within these Terms: Platform — the LimpioGo online platform; User — any person using the Platform; Customer — user ordering services; Executor — independent specialist providing services; Company — registered organization managing executors.
2. Platform Role
LimpioGo acts exclusively as a technological intermediary between Customers and Executors. The Platform is not the employer of Executors and does not provide services directly. LimpioGo facilitates order placement, communication, and payment processing.
3. User Responsibilities
The User agrees to: (a) provide accurate information during registration; (b) comply with applicable laws; (c) maintain the confidentiality of their account; (d) not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes; (e) not impersonate another person; (f) treat other Users with respect; (g) use the in-app messaging feature only in connection with orders on the Platform and not to share illegal content, content infringing third-party rights, or personal data of individuals who are not parties to the order; (h) use contact information of other Users obtained through the Platform solely for the purpose of coordinating the corresponding order, and not for marketing, harassment or any other unrelated purpose. Additional information about how personal data (including contact details, in-app communications and location data) is processed is provided in the LimpioGo Privacy Policy.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through the Stripe payment system. All settlements between Customers and Executors for orders placed through the Platform are made exclusively through Stripe. The use of any other payment methods for such orders is not permitted. The Customer pays for the order upon confirmation. The Executor receives payment after completing the service, less the Platform commission. All payments are made in accordance with applicable tax requirements.
5. Platform Commission
LimpioGo retains a 20% commission from each completed transaction. The Platform reserves the right to change the commission amount, subject to prior notice to Users.
6. Order Cancellation by User
6.1. General Rules
The User may cancel an order before the service begins. Cancellation may be free or subject to a fee depending on the time remaining until the scheduled start and the service category. After cancellation, the order receives the status «Cancelled by user» and is archived without the possibility of restoration.
6.2. Orders Not Yet Accepted
If the order has not been accepted by any Worker (status «New»), the Customer may cancel it at any time without any fee.
6.3. Waste Removal Services
Waste Removal services can be cancelled at any time without any fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
6.4. Cancellation Fees
For Cleaning and Bulky Items Removal services: • Cancellation more than 2 hours before the scheduled start time — full refund, no fee • Cancellation less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time — 20% cancellation fee The fee is calculated automatically by the system at the moment of cancellation confirmation.
6.5. Fee Payment
The cancellation fee is charged automatically through Stripe. The User receives a notification about the amount and reason for the charge.
6.6. Worker Compensation
When a cancellation fee is applied: 80% of the fee is transferred to the Worker as compensation 20% is retained by the Platform to cover operational expenses
6.7. Notifications
The User and Worker receive automatic notifications about cancellations and any applicable fees or compensations.
6.8. Additional Conditions
• Restoration of a cancelled order is not possible • When rescheduling an order, the cancellation fee is calculated based on the new scheduled time • The Platform may waive the fee in case of technical errors • All time calculations use the Atlantic/Canary timezone
7. Order Time Change
The User may change the date and/or time of the order subject to restrictions by service category. The Executor must confirm or reject the change within 15 minutes. If there is no response, the order returns to «New» status.
8. Cleaning Time Extension
Applicable only to the «House/Apartment Cleaning» service. The extension cost is €15 for each additional hour.
9. Tips to Executor
Tips are voluntary. 100% of tips are transferred to the Executor. Tips are non-refundable.
10. Executor Reassignment
The order may be reassigned to another Executor in case of refusal, timeout, or rejected changes.
11. Fees and Payment Distribution
All charges are made through Stripe. Compensations to Executors are credited automatically.
12. Account Suspension
LimpioGo reserves the right to suspend or delete an account for violation of Terms, fraud, or abuse.
13. Limitation of Liability
LimpioGo is not responsible for the quality of services, disputes between users, and indirect damages. The Platform's liability is limited to the amount of commission received.
14. Intellectual Property
All Platform materials belong to LimpioGo and are protected by law.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Spain.

17. Invoicing
LimpioGo acts exclusively as an intermediary platform between Customers and Service Providers. The service provider (Worker or Company) is solely responsible for issuing invoices to the Customer for services rendered. The Customer can request an invoice through the Platform once the order is completed. LimpioGo issues invoices only for digital intermediation services to providers, applying the applicable IGIC (Canary Islands). The provider's fiscal data (NIF/NIE/CIF, fiscal address, tax regime) must be updated in their profile to issue invoices.
