LimpioGo is a digital intermediary platform that connects clients with independent professionals and companies providing services such as: • apartment and house cleaning; • garbage removal; • bulky item removal. LimpioGo does not provide services directly, is not the employer of the professionals, and is not responsible for their labor obligations.

3. User Obligations

Platform users agree to: • use the platform in accordance with applicable law; • provide accurate and up-to-date information; • not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes; • respect intellectual property rights; • maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All elements of the LimpioGo platform, including texts, design, logos, images, and software, are the property of LimpioGo or are used lawfully and are protected by Spanish and international law. Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

LimpioGo is not responsible for: • the quality and outcome of services provided by professionals; • agreements and transactions between users; • the accuracy of information provided by users; • temporary technical failures or platform interruptions; • potential damage caused by malicious software. LimpioGo's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer user's domicile or, failing that, to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain).
